Fixing the grill was nice. It shows how a bit of work can make a big difference in the look of the project. Some of us might not know how others make the patch a perfect fit. Keep up the good work and content. Loved the G-body in High School.

Even as a Ford guy at heart, the G-body was always an appealing platform

The Black GP is a 78. 78 grill. I love seeing someone fix up a GP. I own one, I just dropped a Pontiac 461 in it. I'm 2nd owner for 25 years. Keep up the good work.

The grill repair was expected as I know you by now enough to know you are a detailed kind of guy.

I had thought about seeing if I could epoxy it together, but knowing Chad had one in as good of shape as it was, I couldn't pass it up.

Used to love roaming through the salvage yards looking for parts and then having the excitement of finding exactly what you needed.

8:55 This Wheel would look sharp in Lori with some help of a SEM re-spray. 😍

oddly enough, I have an idea for some wheels for the car right now. We'll see if I can come through with what I'm thinking. Right now hard finding exactly what I want closer than 4hrs away.

If worse comes to worse Grant just paint it body color. That vintage you can get away with it looking factory. I did that with a 78 Ranchero that had roached bumpers and it looked better than a rotted out bumper. You could also do a chrome wrap on the lower half between the bumperettes, that would be an easy fix and make it look new.

I've got so much more done since shooting this, stay tuned for two weeks from now, and I'll drop more hints in that one. Currently working on the back bumper episode which will drop in 4 weeks from now.
