This vintage of the Parisienne was a handsome car. It had the earlier Bonneville-style taillights and did not look like a re-styled Caprice. Fender skirts and leather interior made this car a real looker.

We had one of these when i was a kid. The engine had pressed in valve studs. After 50k my dad would have to beat them back down with a large bolt and hammer, then we would be cruising for another 10k lol.

Correct me if I am wrong, but those Pontiac Parisienne were built in Canada. (its the Canadian version of a Catalina) I wanted to see the sticker on the drivers door, but you didn't show it! From the condition of that car, I think is was used as a limousine for a funeral home or something. it sure has not spent any time in Canada, other then on the production line!
