Pontins Prestatyn - Closed forever and abandoned - drones view

Permission to house asylum seekers here has recently been refused by the government.

What a shame, we grew up watching Holiday on the Buses that was filmed here. It was everyone's fav childhood film, full of laughter and joy. The closure remains me of when Butlins Filey closed, another childhood holiday camp all gone.

How devastating for the residents of Prestatyn that the enrichment of migrant diversity was so cruelly denied here.

Shame this place closed, we went in March of 2019 for their 90's weekend. It should have been purely focused on such events and gigs.

@@PhillipJBlastock clearly had no interest in this part of their business. Brittania have a horrible reputation. I’d like to think it has an option for other park operators but I wouldn’t be surprised if Brittania want a lot of money for the land as they’re thinking it can be sold for redevelopment
