Thanks for watching! I really like to optimize the best ways to deal/avoid damage in this game (and there's no better setting for that than the Brutal difficulty), though in this case I still suck at using Stonewall at the right moments. It was a very challenging run to be sure, and now only the Pegasus is left.

How to complete all four first quest from Zecora? I wanna unlock the quest to beat Ponyvied Richter

For the 'Mental Training' you can get the required +6 LCK easily by equipping the Twisted Horn, an item you can get in Celestia's room after completing Ghastly Gorge, or alternatively you can equip a Lucky Clover and the Felicem Fio skill (Luna gives it to you when you talk to her early in the game). 'The Number of Fortune' you can go to the past levels to collect bits so you reach the required 777 as last digits, just remember the bits come in values of 1, 5, 20 and 50 depending on the color so you can calculate and grab the correct ones to make things easier. For the 'Statue's Tear' you need to defeat the Siren's Gem first to get the Jewel of Open so you can gain access to a certain room blocked by a glowing blue door, in Canterlot (there will be a Wolfpony and a Cowardly Lion in the room) and at the end of that area there will be a statue that gives you the Tear, completing the quest. After these there will be a quest called 'Defender of the Castle', in which you need to defeat 5 Changelings found in rooms at random in Canterlot, if you've defeated some of them before unlocking this quest they will still count. Do note that the enemy copies your current skills, so it's recommended to switch to relatively harmless ones as soon as you see this enemy, and then switch back to your preferred ones once the enemy copies your character. And for the 'S Rank Hunter', it just takes some time since you need to defeat 1,000 enemies, you can go to past levels to do this, or do the Skeleton Cave several times or just by playing the game normally. If for some reason you don't want to level up while doing this, you can use the Twisted Horn. After completing these, the 'Almighty' quest will become available and you will be able to fight Richter.

Do bosses gain more health in co-op?

Yeah they actually do, health is increased by 1.4 - 1.6 depending on difficulty if I remember correctly.
