Probably the best daytrip from Rome if you want to spend a day enjoying the sea.🚣 It is as beautiful as Capri but without the crowd of tourists. You can find beautiful cliffs made of volcanic stone, pumice. The island is also famous for its beaches and roman ruins and the city of Ponza is very attractive with its colourful houses and charming restaurants. The best island in Italy? Definitely underrated that's for sure. From the harbour, you can easily grab a boat trip in order to explore the island's impressive coastline. I hope you enjoy it. 😊
