Hi Sarah, Just found your channel and subscribed. Can you suggest accommodation areas please? Looking to visit Italy in Oct 25. 62, solo, budget low, travelling by train and spending 7-10 days in Rome. Is their a local accommodation bureau ? Thank you for an excellent collection of tips. 😂

Hey Fiona, Thank you for subscribing and we're glad you liked our videos! Here's what we suggest for accommodation in Rome: 1. Since you're looking for budget options, you'll get good deals on hotels and hostels in the Termini-Esquilino neighbourhood. Plus you'll have easy access to metro and trains. 2. Trastevere is also great for solo travellers, especially if you're visiting Rome for the first time. This location is known for its nightlife, quaint cobblestone streets and it is close to iconic spots (including the Vatican and the Colosseum). There's no metro here but a quick tram ride can connect you to the city centre. Prati, Monti and the Historic Centre are also incredible neighbourhoods with popular attractions just a stone throw away, but slightly expensive. Do check out our detailed travel guide: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGi6nGWdiaekj5Y And here are some quick links to Rome's top attractions: Colosseum Tickets and Tours bit.ly/3UtnIrp Vatican Museums Tickets bit.ly/3OB21lA Rome Food Tours bit.ly/3OAGHfK Hop-on Hop-off Tours bit.ly/48aVcxY Have a great trip!

When you say the big 3 should be booked in advance, how much in advance do you mean? A day? Week? Month?
@Headout-Official7 ай бұрын
Hey @QueenIw, Tickets for the Vatican, Colosseum, and Borghese open up 30-90 days in advance. Book them at least 3-4 weeks before your trip, especially for peak months (May-September), and you'll get tickets without any hassle :)

I don't get it.. "Nothing screams tourist more than... " so it is a problem to be a tourist or what?
