Scale Down -------------------- I find it funny we have this topic because people focus more on the numbers on the scale ( which can sometimes be inaccurate based on if you’re sick while losing the weight or if you lost water weight and other faulty factors ) rather than the progress they’re making just by simply not in their physical weight but also in their actions… you’re gonna feel sluggish , you’re gonna probably gonna be like not knowing what’s wrong with u… there’s more to your health than just your weight size ! We have people like Loni who actually lose inches and are happy with the slowly but steady process that’s how u see then changing for the better and not just for the number scale ! Let’s look at the whole picture… the scale , the energy you have physically and mentally & the actual progress you’ve made since going on ur health/ weight loss ! Sister Over Mister --------------------- I honestly believe it’s hard for both depending on the situation & when I say I mean like… it depends on what the circumstances are… cuz both dynamics are a kind of relationship no matter how u slice it , look at it , or whatever! So for me I’ve been in situations where break up with exes have been so amicable and cordial and just a easy transition… whereas sum friendships where history has been built and wondering whether or not this person should be around… it’s truly hard to make that decision especially when a person like me is so into reaping what I sow… and I’m all about second chances and giving people a chance to prove to me that they care about me ! I’m not one to easily to let people back in you have to earn that trust and love back ! Cuz I’m that guy if anybody messes up with me they know they F****ed up cuz I don’t really cause issues or pop off about things unless it bother me ! So ppl get their act together when it comes to me cuz they don’t want to lose me cuz of my track record of being an amazing source of support , wisdom and just all around positivity and love! Pause Pods _________________________________ I feel like this could be something good for people with anxiety and have a bit of a emotion overload with too many people around or just introverts …meanwhile as for me ion know dawg doing that in a middle of a social event or at work and just sprawled out in a mini tent or something it’s weird 😂😂😂
