Are you sure? Because on my save, he did Prudence a favor kinda. I think she's in love with Hank. Had Louie not lured Prudence into the restaurant, she never would've met Hank. To be fair she probably would've met him regardless because he debuted in Pancakeria (this game) and he appeared in a lot of the games afterwards.
