Just in case you were too lazy to research: The Heart of the sea can be surrounded by 8 Nautilus Shells (from Drowned) in a crafting table to make a conduit. You use the conduit underwater by surrounding it in Prismarine (block that makes Sea Temples) Doing so makes you breathe and see better underwater.
