But you did not look what is on neighbours fence side -that is good --when I have inspection -loooooser came spend 2 hours - my dog were in stress -came 7.30 am -wake up neighbours -sometimes looking one place for 15 min -like some disable person -without permission look on neighbours side fence like idiot -came with leader --he said -they should not have that or that against mine and theirs fence -really ??? -what now I will dictate -what people should or not should -really -?? they can put 3 m leader and it is nobody business -ask me to build extantion 60 cm up and\ length 25 m -joke .because somebody got staff on other side and this fence is already 1,8m high .He destroyed my tiles .I was late for school -but he still stay and stay -I have to leave him and drive a child to school -imagine stranger on my property -I should call police and remove him ,instead --And company said -they all vaccinated -really ???.Why next day I become sick -??? ---the worser experiment in my life .I do understand ,that those inspectors will be looking for everything -to have another inspection and another extra money.Honesty gone -only money -are important - money the devil of all -This make me sick

Hi. The gate check looked like you were leaning on it when you did the check, the gate should close without assistance from any position, say 10mm, without assistance. How many gates have you found that didn't close from that distance? Thanks

Hi Alan, thanks for your Video. i am a fence builder. i need to remove the old timber fence and install new timber fence. do i need to make sure anything about NCZ or its the owners responsibility after. thanks in Advance
