FV ASTRAIA FY15 a day on the water.

I finally made it back to Cornwall for a spin in Chris’s catamaran we built him in Shetland. It’s safe to say I am very happy with the performance of this boat and she is a very soft boat and extremely large for length at 3.6m beam and 6.9m loa.
The twin Selva 30xs engines are effectively 100hp Yamaha units in commercial trim for anyone curious.

From around 9:00 you give us a long pan that first reveals "Port Mellon", then continues on to reveal "Mevagissay". I so wish you'd continued the pan and just put up the name place "Fog". 😀 Love the no-nonsense approach. Letting the landscapes and seascapes speak for themselves. Oh, and that's a fine looking boat!

He seems very pleased with the boat all round. He even landed a record catch of Bass with it early this year. It can carry a lot of weight safely.
