Тут некоторые выше писали в комментах на английском, что скорей всего причиной плохого самочувствия песика было обезвоживание. На то похоже, потому что после воды он прямо таки ожил. Но то что на улице может вот так запросто лежать животное и никто даже воды не даст - это дикость. У нас бы точно нашелся кто-то кто и накормил и напоил.
