You are the only creator out here speaking the truth! The final two season Klay became a negative force on the team! He became very selfish only thinking of himself over the team! He shot them out of so many games Kerr had no choice but to bench him! That 0-10 wasn't a fluke! He had first quarters where he was jacking up 4 to 5 threes trying to "Find Himself"! At the end of the quarter the team was down double digits! Fighting back the whole game because Klay wanted 2016 back! Dude they paid you $70-$80 million on rehab! Disrespect these nutz...Read between the lines of what players are saying this season...No agendas! Playing free! Everyone getting along! We all play for one another! You were not hearing that last season! That being said as a Warrior fan I still love Klay! I love what he did for the Warriors! There are no four titles without him! No dynasty without him but it was time to part ways! The best thing for everyone!

I used to like Klay, but I realized how arrogant he is, and now I’m don’t particularly like him.
@sueprator9314Ай бұрын
I feel like he had so much resentment after his injuries, he became stuck in an OLD MAN ATTITUDE, ALWAYS GRUMPY like the World needed to be just as before. Yes he is arrogant it seemed like it became permanent after his injuries like he was pissed off at the World for so many things didn't go his way. Like he didn't make the top 75 team, etc. The last few years he was just miserable and I think his downer attitude didn't help the team.

Klay had some bad shooting the last few years, but it was HIS ATTITUDE that was trash. He'd pout when he missed, but wouldn't do anything else, like go crash the boards or set some screens. He'd hang his head and give up. It was a drain on the whole team. Say what you want about Greene, but at least his effort is never in question.

Now that Golden State is cooking he defiantly regrets leaving. He should have taken a team friendly contract for a couple of years. They paid him good money for the 2 years he was hurt.
@cycleoflife565Ай бұрын
He left because he wanted a starting position. To say they carried him to their last title is fiction. He averaged just below his averages during his previous title runs with less efficiency but he was still putting points on the board and making contributions to the team’s success. As far as the dollars are concerned from what I understood he took less money to go to Dallas so it wasn’t about money. He is quoted as saying that he had lost his love for playing and just needed a change of scenery to regain it. Certainly ego was greatly involved in his decision

Living 15min from downtown Cleveland during those Cavs vs Warriors Finals, everyone around here really seemed to hate Steph Curry. Particularly when it looked like we were going to draft Kyrie Irving, get LeBron back, sign Kevin Love, and still not win a championship. I rarely said it out loud, but I really liked Steph. Klay on the other hand, he ALWAYS gave “whiney coach’s kid” vibes and I hated him with my soul. The fact he seems to have been the right guy to hate on that team helps ease my guilt about rooting for Lebron for so many years

So far it hasn't been working out for Dallas with Klay. He's averaging 14ppg while playing 30mpg. Also Dallas record is 5-7 and this team reached the Finals last year! He was supposed to be an upgrade over Tim Hardaway Jr. but at best it's a lateral move since they are averaging the exact same. Klay Thompson is an even worse defender so if anything it was a downgrade.

Its i sane to think a guy who is on an extreme decline offensively, who is a negative defensively, and contributes nothing else in any area of the game at all, could possibly demand a superstar contract. Literally all he can do is shoot. He has only ever topped 4 rpg 1 tome in his career. Never managed 3 assists a single time. Only topped 1.0 spg 3 times ever. These are pathetic stats. And thats what you got in his prime.

I don't get the hate for Klay. He's not the 1st player that wanted more money. The Bulls paid Jay Williams his full contract after his motorcycle accident even thought he only played 1 season and his career was over. I say this because Klay being paid while injured is obviously not the 1st time stuff like this has happened. D Rose was paid when he was injured year after year. As far as being carried well was Klay not an important part of the 3 other titles? Of course he was. But sure focus on the 2022 one only. Is Klay the 1st player in sports to be upset at a team's offer, leave, and sign for less with another team? No definitely not. This happens all the time in sports. But lets make it out to be that Klay Thompson was this anomaly. I know when I don't care about a situation I don't talk about it, ever. I don't think about it either. AOH you claim to not care but this isn't the 1st video you've made on Klay is it? This is just weird.

seems a bit harsh. He tried to play the game. He thought if he had a big year, he would get more. he didn't have the big year. He got less. He played the game and lost. Don't that makes him a whiny person, just someone that went higher risk and missed.

No it was way before the contract year. When he came back from the injuries he came back an OLD MAN. Grumpy. After awhile he made no attempt to update his attitude, his looks, his swag. He didn't want to try coming off the bench, it was beneath him. HE GOT OVERLOOKED FOR THE ALL TIME TOP 75 which sucked, will admit. I UNDERSTAND why he came back resentful BUT AFTER awhile one needs to let it go and become SOMEONE NEW. He never did.
