Awww. Tiny is a precious little guy. He's a bundle of nerves, always on edge. I wonder if there's something wrong with his left hand. He uses it to eat but sometimes doesn't put weight on it. Poor little fella always looks scared to death in a constant cowering position so no one hurts him i wish i could go pick him up give him a hug and food to fill his belly so he could grow a bit i worry this one won't make it he needs some friends to help look out for him he's always alone trying to find a bite to eat never playing or looking happy its heart breaking when someone so young has such a tough life even though i don't like the idea of pet monkeys i really would have a hard time not taking this fella home with me and trying to give him a better life

This beautiful guy has the biggest round eyes. I once had a litter of Doberman puppies that was born, and had a very tiny puppy out of that litter. I took him to the vets, and they said he had a hole in his heart and that he would never get very big. He was a fighter, and a survivor. He did grow and turned out to be a handsome dog. So with tiny not knowing wahat is wrong there is always hope. Thks. You for keeping us informed on tiny and tina.

God bless the little fella. He seems to eat enough, but the nutrients are not nourishing his body. Food goes in and right out, whereas in a normal immune system, the vitamins in the food would help him to grow and be strong. Have you ever seen him play with other monkeys?

There's something obviously wrong with his left hand/arm. Tiny is the one I really expected to be missing, or dead, not Bobbin. Tiny is always on the edge of starvation, plus Tina never seems to be around much the defend, or protect him. Quite the opposite, in fact, when you consider she steals the food right out of hiis mouth!

I was talking with another viewer of yours previously about the possibility that Tiny has a specific form of Dwarfism. His back legs, the way he walks, his hands, the way they hang. I'm sure it's a seriously small chance and he's just a tiny boy but... I keep seeing those aspects in him besides his size. Not counting his size. Just something I have been pondering. He's so beautiful and adorable. I'm glad he knows how and when to hide and I sure hope he makes it. He's a smart little guy. Edited: To fix my horrible spelling and grammar. I blame my keyboard and the fact that I have food near my face, finally after not eating all day. Sorry about that.

No help. The more Humans intervene the more they become dependent on it and will not forage. This isn't Cambodia where food is a surplus - these Rhesus Macaques MUST learn to survive on their own and forage or else doomsday. Survival of the fittest and Arroz does a hell of a job allowing them to do just that, while capturing it first hand instead of feeding them constantly like others do. I think he's done a find job - just may be little - compared to others of the same age - doesn't mean something is wrong with him... Leave him be... Allow him to survive on his own - it's the only way he will turn out strong rather then depending on handouts.

Most of them will be ok with the regular provisions provided by nature and a few of the regular feeders but I think Tiny will benefit from a little help but I rarely could find the chance to do so without incriminating him or his mum....

His developmental growth has been stunted by not getting all the nutritional value needed in mothers milk. Tina was starving and not producing much milk for him to grow like the rest of the babies. He will catch up eventually. He forages like a champ. Better than the other babies. He is very smart and absolutely adorable. Give him time. Tina has been trying her hardest to raise him. She's a good mom but being the absolute lowest in rank, they get nothing, poor things. What happened to his arm? It's hurt. Thank you Arroz

I feel so bad for Tiny. He never has any friends to play with, such a lonely little guy. He should be running around & playing & enjoying being a little one. Instead, he's constantly on the hunt foraging for food that isn't there. I wish I could put him in my pocket with mom following close behind & take them to a place where a feast awaits for only them. With the sun shining down to warm them up. Then after a full belly, a nice nap in the safety of our private kingdom. Tiny is absolutely adorable. Is he completely weened already? What I don't understand is, why his mum isn't Atleast next to him ever? I understand she herself is very low ranked and has it super hard as well but to not stay Atleast close to her own young baby. There are babies his age that are still being carried under mums chest many times or Atleast getting back rides but his mum hasn't seemed to be around him the last couple of videos. There may be reasons why he's not nursing often/ATALL that we just don't understand for example, mum may not be producing enough milk for him etc. Of course it may be what many of us suspect, some mums in certain troops just don't "dote" on their babies for long at all. I wouldn't even call this situation doting since he seems to have never been doted on from day one. Poor little guy.. He's already so independent and never gets to enjoy childhood like he should let alone already has to fend for himself just to get his hunger pains to let up. I wonder if he has ever been full before? I think he's a small boned monkey to begin with IMO (I could be wrong of course) but the main reason he's so small, the fact he never gets much to eat especially this time of year where there isn't as much to forage on, he never gets any of the hand outs I'm sure since he's so low ranked as well as so small he can't compete, and mainly because he hasn't been nursing ( if he is which we don't get to see I would guess it would be at night time only) and that's where they get a lot of their nutrients, bulk, and growth from the first 6-9 months of their life. I just don't get why his mum is so distant from him.. There's more to his story..poor little guy!

Tiny, oh dear little one. His wrist joints look swollen. Malnutrition? Is Tina unable to feed him because she has no food? He looks so delicate, fragile. The saddest part of this video for me was seeing the look in Tiny's eyes when he sees Tina coming. It is NOT a happy thought such as recognition or joy to see Mom, it is simply FEAR that he is about to LOSE HIS GOODIES! You can SEE him speed up his chewing and he is FRANTICALLY trying to push what little food is in his pouches out as fast as he can, trying to get everything emptied, chewed up, and swallowed before Mom can grab him and steal everything that's left that he worked SO hard to forage for! Tina DISGUSTS ME! Tiny is a VERY intelligent little fellow! His sister Teeny, not so much! She had a brain in her head, she would've already figured out how to hide. Their Mom is SO BAD about mouth raping her babies, that they'd better figure SOMETHING out! Tiny always seemed smart enough to hide from her, if Teeny won't, then she needs to just IMMEDIATELY swallow every piece of goodies she can put in her mouth! That's about the ONLY way her worthless, ignorant, selfish mother doesn't steal it from her! I HATE what their mother does to these poor, little, starving, SEVERELY malnourished babies!

If I lived in a state that had & allowed monkeys, I would love to take a monkey like Tiny home with me for a couple of months or so & let him live in a huge outdoor/indoor enclosure with the option to come inside. But, the enclosure would be partly sheltered for him to stay dry & warm in. Maybe there may be another baby monkey there that needed the same treatment so that neither would be lonely & have someone to play with. I would leave baby formula in a bowl for him. I would scatter & hide as much food he could forage in that enclosure making him big & strong. Some toys & of course branches for climbing. Then put him in a cage & bring him back to his mom & troop. If he wants to go & his mom recognized him & wants him back than I would open the door, wish him luck & set him free. Otherwise, he'd come back home with me until I'd come up with plan B or not. But at least he'd be loved & well taken care of without too much humanization.

There appears to definitely be some thing wrong with his left front hand or arm. He doesn't put any weight on it. I wonder if he is just not getting enough to eat or any milk & that is why he is so malnourished or if he could have a digestive disorder where his body is not absorbing the food so he does not gain any weight? So damn confusing I wish I had not watched the videos of the "other" VO on monkey hill. Supposedly there is a video of Tiny with and open injury on his leg ( I personally don`t think that it is Tiny) But here we have him limping on his left hand. AND here we go people blaming his mother, it is only through her care that he has got this far. She is a monkey not a human all she knows, by her body clock, is that her baby has reached the age when he should be feeding himself (which he is doing). She does not know or understand that he is disabled. There are no paediatric specialist to diagnose Tiny`s problem. It is the order of nature that is Survival Of the Fittest. If Tiny can prove that he is fit to survive then he will BUT .................. O/K rant over.

tiny does not move correctly, there is something wrong with his hips. combine that with his small size and perhaps he suffers from dwarfism. his momma does look after him, but when foraging he is better off without her too near as she has been known to take food out of his mouth. that left arm though does look injured.

Just a question, I dont we met him as a newborn so how do we know how old he really is? Obviously he is undersized, even if he was born the first time we saw him, which he wasn't....but we are just speculating on his actual age, aren't we? Has the misfortune of his mom being as low ranking as she, but even with that she is and not very loving either. Nor is she resilient, feel like he has a little better internal fortitude than his mother and if he does make it to adulthood and he eventually grows (hopefully) he'll be able to forge a path to higher ranking than his mother, but those are definitely big "ifs".

It looks like Chaly is going to be supporting the family for a while (new monkey channel). Heads up on your videos.. I'm sure I speak for a lot of us viewers, when I say. We're pretty tired of seeing stapled on poppy diaper changes and baths that all you do us splash water on and rub their head till their hair almost comes off. But I guess for the money, "you might make off this guy." The $30 was well spent at the monkey market! There are just to many of these videos popping up. I watch the first one just too tell ya I've watch documentaries on how you people get these precious babies and the conditions they live in behind the cameras. The way they were stolen from their mothers ( the depression the mothers are going through from the loss of their baby.
