L was raised in the UK, but he is not British. Watari (Quillish Wammy) is British.

I would say L is British yes though not as British as watsri, we know he lived in England for at least 5 years? But we don’t know where before or after,but he was raised for a time in one of wataris irfan ages and remained till his passing i. Wataris car,

@@MWilmott yes he was raised in the UK but what determines it is was he BORN in the UK to. The UK is like the US or some other parts of the world where if u are born there u are that nationality by birthright or depending on how many years u lived there since birth. If L was born in the UK even if both his parents were full Japanese and was raised there it would make him technically British by default. Ig I wanna know was he British or full Japanese lol. Or like a Japanese-British. Like if he was born in the US he would be Japanese-American.

For the record the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 that went missing and crashed was probably not due to the captain hijacking it. For some reason the authorities involved in investigating it got stuck on that possibility and announced it to the press. The public then assumed that was the case and, because the attention span of people is about a week, by the time they determined there was nothing fishy about his history, nobody cared anymore. The most likely cause was crew incapacitation due to hypoxia.
