The INTRODUCTION of Kel Dor Master PLO KOON into "Clone Wars" who appeared in live-action in the Prequel trilogy. The "Not to me." line by Plo regarding the value he places on his troops speaks volumes about Plo's character. Plo Koon, my favorite supporting Jedi, is voiced by the same guy who voices Kenobi, James Arnold Taylor. The deep bond between AHSOKA and Plo Koon is revealed. The INTRODUCTION of Commander WOLFFE. He's the unarmored clone in the pod and is the clone associated with Plo just like Cody is associated with Kenobi and Rex is associated with Anakin. The Separatist secret weapon is an ION CANNON which disrupts electrical systems like an EMP. We've seen the Rebels use this weapon on Hoth to target Star Destroyers as they evacuated the base in "Empire Strikes Back". I like how "Rising Malevolence" makes the normally clownish DROIDS seem cruel and threatening as they MERCILESSLY RUPTURE the lifepods. The RETURN of Anakin's personal starship, the jalopy dubbed the 'TWILIGHT' he acquired on Teth in the "Clone Wars" movie. SHADOW OF MALEVOLENCE: This episode continues the real-life parallels with the hunt for the German dreadnought 'Bismarck' in World War II begun in the previous episode. After the sinking of the HMS 'Hood', a squadron of British Swordfish bi-planes took off from an aircraft carrier and flew over 100 miles through a treacherous North Atlantic squall to retaliate against the 'Bismarck'. They dropped every torpedo they had but only one struck its target! Fortunately, it was a crippling blow! The Y-wing squadron's journey through the neebray-infested nebula reflects the Swordfish squadron's experience. AHSOKA didn't get much credit but she schooled her Master in "Shadow" about considering others and adapting to changing circumstances, the first lessons of many. The INTRODUCTION of Kaminoan physician NALA SE. She took a heroic stance to remain by her patients. The comment Ahsoka makes about Anakin not liking her flying is in reference to an episode that was produced earlier but is erroneously set later in the chronology. This is one of the minor discrepancies with the chronological order that fans have caught but Disney missed. DESTROY MALEVOLENCE: This episode continues the real-life parallels with the hunt for the German dreadnought 'Bismarck' in World War II begun in "Rising Malevolence". The sole Swordfish-delivered torpedo to strike its target made all the difference because the damaged 'Bismarck' couldn't make full-speed to port in occupied France and was hounded at sea by a flotilla of British warships that crippled the 'Bismarck' with an incessant barrage. The trio of pursuing Republic cruisers battering the 'Malevolence' in "Destroy" reflects the dogged chase of the 'Bismarck' to its doom. Palpatine must love constantly tipping off Dooku about Republic activities only to watch his own "team" scramble to plug the leak like headless chickens. In this episode, he actually sets Padme up! I like how the 'Malevolence' is so massive that it requires a high-speed railway system built into its structure to transport crew and components along its length! This is the first time we see secret husband and wife, Padme and Anakin, operate as a team in the show and they even get a little flirtatious with each other on the railway. Since Grievous and Anakin's first face-to-face confrontation is in "Revenge of the Sith", the producers take great pains to ensure the two Generals never meet in the series except for a couple of starfighter skirmishes and one brief exchange. The 'Twilight' from Teth is back in action for Padme's rescue. Anthony Daniels always provides the voice of C-3PO.

One of the protagonists of the animated series of Star Wars Rebels is Kanan Jarrus a jedi who was saved by his Master Depa Billaba who sacrificed herself to help him escape from the clones when order 66 happened (u can see that in Bad Batch). The fun fact comes when we all realized that the real name of Kanan Jarrus was CALEB DUME!! I think your partner's name is Caleb and I would be proud if someone used my name for a character in Star Wars material if I was really a fan of the saga!!

many people get confused. They only erase C-3PO's memory but R2 remembers everything in the original trilogy! The last time Anakin asks him to stay on the ship, he doesn't see him again. And that's why in the original trilogy even though Luke tells him to stay with the ship, he never stays because the last time his best friend asked him to stay with the ship he didn't come back!

When I was reading the comics, Daredevil had a thing with Black Widow (before Elektra). I was hoping they would explore that in the MCU. Obviously, it's not going to happen now, unless they use some weird comic book-y way to bring her back.

What I love the most about Plo is the irony that he's by far one of the most sinister-looking Jedi (very Predator-looking - in fact, when I saw a LEGO set that had him in it when I was a kid, prior to watching the show, I thought he was a villain), and yet he's arguably the kindest and most compassionate of them all - the first episode of this trilogy is all the proof one needs of that.

Both the women in Matt's life represent a different part of him and offer something to his life. Karen page represents Matt Murdock the kind, noble lawyer and offers him a nice peaceful life. She is the angel on his shoulder and Elektra represents his Daredevil side unhinged. She is the devil on his shoulder in human form tempting him to go down the dark side. Him choosing between the two woman is him choosing between who he wants to be.

I love the interactions between Alex and Lucia. It's clear that there's something between them, but lines are never crossed. He takes the opportunity to share the mistakes he made with his family so she doesn't make the same ones. In the books, it's explored in more detail how Alex is a dichotomy: he's the type that wants to have a family, or so he thinks; but his actions are consistently at odds with being a good father and husband. It's tragically realistic. We can all betray our dreams through our actions and failures.

I was five when this came out, and lived in a small town. It ran off and on for more than a year. In the area, there were only a few theaters, and they shared copies of the film. Driving around you would know if a theater had Star Wars. Because there would be a line wrapping around the building or block. I saw this in theaters around six times. Counting drive ins.

Personally I would definitely say that season one of Clone Wars is the weakest but by no means is it bad or anything. It just has the most teething issues which is easily forgiven.
