In all honesty, I feel like Amelia had every right to be upset. That "mean girl attitude" is rather a comping mechanism that some put on as a defense. To think, from Amelia's perspective, you are content with your life, perfectly happy, until a girl whose the daughter of some druggie comes in to your sheltered life and says she's your sister. She then goes on to spend time with your crush which you could think is a personal attack. You don't know what she's like, maybe she's taunting you. You take the defensive position and let her know of the circumstances (I'll admit, Amelia could've handled it better) and move on. This girl continues to invade your life, taking your friends, you dad siding with her, you'll feel isolated and alone. Like no one is on your side. You get frustrated as all your friends and the person you've liked are hanging out without you. Like maybe Cassie is showing you that she can take your friends. You've bottled up all of your emotions, and just ask everyone to leave. They don't and taunt you and act like this girl is better than you and they say things to you. Even the small things damage you because you've built up such a strong persona, but you are really sensitive. They attack your sensitivity as well. You, in frustration, let out a bunch of insults, until your dad comes states that you need to get along. How could you get along with this girl whose stolen your friends, family, crush, and happiness. You just want to go want it gone, and then she leaves. But the damage has been done, you were most likely threatened by your dad after he ran after your sister and are now forced to be nice to the girl who's ruined your life. The damage has been done, you will continue to bottle up all of your hateful feelings until it drives you to insanity, you're watching a girl live the life you were supposed to live, and you can't do anything about it. *What might've actually happened* Because of Amelia's behavior when she acted out of impulse, her family has disowned her, her friends disregarded, and her crush hates her. Amelia resents this girl, and the fact that she's supposed to be nice to her makes her miserable. Amelia can't do anything about it. She feels like no one can listen to her. No one is there for her. She is living in an internal prison and may go to extreme lengths to get out. Forever. I know where Amelia is coming from, I know how she feels. It all depends of what perspective you look at.

It's not that deep. If Amelia was smart, she would've communicated with Cassie from the beginning instead of being a asshole. It's not Cassie fault that their dad screwed another woman. There was no personal attack. She saw it like one because she's too insecure. People can be friends with more than one person and parents can have more than one child. It's called sharing. As for her crush, she could've been friends with Cassie and get close to him and maybe talk to Cassie about it. Cassie wouldve even help her out.

If you want more money in the sims there are literally cheats for that. You first have to click shift ctrl c, and then type in "testingcheatsenabled true" and after you enter that click shift ctrl c again and type in, "motherlode".
