Can a Pastor write off Home Office expenses?

Hi Jeff! Do you have a video about fundraising online? Thanks to your helpful videos, I was able to register my articles in my State AND get approved! I'm soo pumped! My congregation has been giving me many items as donations to help me fundraise and even though we go door to door and to parks and such, I was hoping to go online because we've acquired quite a bit of items! Although I know that churches are automatically 501c3, I want to be recognized at federal level, but not there yet, I'm trying to fundraise to get the funds to pay for the federal recognition so we can continue to grow.

Make sure you complete the Form 1023 (not 1023-EZ) to gain 501c3 recognition. I did it online about a year ago. As far as online fundraising, I haven't done much since a webinar in 2019 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYfPaYqJeNGNnc0). I'm currently using Anedot.com which has been good to work with.
