Born and raised in Santa Maria, and this is nothing near the real deal... So many bbq establishments use our name up and down California to compare to Santa Maria Style. They have no clue of our rich bbq traditions. Let's get it right, there's only one Santa Maria Style BBQ... Head West on HWY 166 towards Central Coast and visit the City of Santa Maria for best BBQ ever...
