*POP* Loud Ankle Adjustment! | San Diego Chiropractic

Simple but effective ankle adjustment to loosen up a stiff ankle. Can be helpful in ankle sprains, repetitive use such as running and jumping. It can feel very good afterward! The table made a little bit of the noise but the ankle still had a VERY loud POP! Definitely surprised us.

Yep! I will say sometimes we don't even need to pop the ankles but break up scar tissue with other methods. But yes, lots old skating injuries!
