I have some tips for you on how to stop these pop ups advertisements/scams plus how to keep safe while browsing online :)

Hey Roisin, lately my battery percentage has been dropping faster than usually. I’ve watched many videos including yours to see if my phone has been hacked. The battery percentage is the only weird thing that’s been happening no other signs of someone hacking my phone. hey! having a battery issue is not uncommon. Did you buy your phone used? My first thought is that it's a faulty battery or your battery usage is going up due to lots of apps in the background. After you check the battery, I'd check to see what apps are running on your phone. Backup your information to iCloud and reset your phone if you're still worried!

I’m not sure.. i accidentally went on a sketchy site, it said something really fast I couldn’t read, and then it took me to a calendar where it came up with tons of notis saying random stuff (it looks really fake) then I went off it and it continues to give me tons of pop ups saying random stuff like ‘your data has been hacked! I got the pop up that looked like Apple as well but I thought it was real so I clicked on it. All it did was take me to a VPN app and I actually started a free trial and stuff for this VPN. Then I researched more about this VPN app and reviews say it isn’t the safest VPN app out there. So I immediately deleted it, changed my Apple ID password. I got a pop up saying my phone has been hacked and I need to take action and it brought me to the apple website and I downloaded the app but I didn’t sign in or anything I just deleted the app after watching the video am I still hacked or is it fake . Please help me

one same I saw a Reddit post asking where they can watch an anime I wanna watch and someone responded with a website and it seemed ok and I got to the 6th episode but I noticed that it kept asking me to install a vpn and whenever I tried to click pause of skip through it it would bring me to a website and then it brought me to a blank page with a pop up that said “Your iPhone has been hacked” and I instantly clicked off but I’m glad it’s fake but I’m kinda scared to go back to the website but it’s the only way I can watch the anime I want to see

Hey, can you help me please? I have an iPhone 8 and here was a pop up that said something like “your iPhone has been hacked and you need to do something within the next 3 minutes to not be hacked” I panicked but I don’t exactly remember what I clicked. I got the pop-up but I have them blocked in settings. It said I was being hacked and I needed to install a vpn. It freaked me out and I was just trying to install a Minecraft add-on.
