Tip: Don't save your passwords on your electronic devices. I just learned the hard way. A hacked got into my laptop for weeks without me knowing. He found my email passwords, crypto passwords, bank passwords, my passport photo's, pictures of me taking selfie's with my passport. He hacked $15,000 worth of my crypto and thats half of my life savings forever gone :( So please don't make my mistake and store information on electronic devices. Paper and pen is the safest way these days.

If you've been hacked, you should prioritize what you address first. Social media apps are probably lower on my priority list. Change passwords for any cash accounts, lock your credit with all 3 agencies so no new accounts can be opened (if they stole your SSN and other details), then all other financial accounts, then all other types of accounts. I know Instagram may feel important, but at the end of the day....should be low on the priority list.
