My contractor asking extracost for ceiling putty.is it ok.total 560 rs per square feet.includes mason work,electrical work,tiles,paint, septic tank,plumber, excludes compound,platform,elevation tiles,wall tiles for pooja room,choke pit.tell ur suggestion

Thanks for watching my video, If your contractor did not add the ceiling putty in the initial rate calculation than they will eligible for claim extra cost so please check the agreement or initial quote if you have (i can not comment the sqft rate because the all the activity rate differ by material selection only) anyways I was given below calculation for the ceiling putty work hope it will help you.
