I learned how to run a saw 25 year ago on a Stihl 17. Great limbing and topping saw. Also good for an 8 year old . Gotta love the plastic built in dogs. I for sure preferred the caps back then

Just got a brand new hus 120 yesterday for some work I did for a guy. One I got dint even go through a 10inch log with out bogging down, hopefully it gains more power with more use.

Cut the backside of the log first, then drop straight down at the front to finish it. Never get the nose buried in the log

Those low end huskys are kinda sad. Stihl has the best small homeowner saw in my opinion They are big and bulky and temperamental.

If its all you got then not much choice but these small saws aren't meant for this. You can tell by how long it takes to cut through. I have Husky 120 MII, Rancher 460, 592 xp and a Sthil MS 661 CM and last but not least a Scheppach CSP2540. Like them all. Hopefully I won't buy anymore.

120 merge foarte rau stoc si e foarte grea pentru clasa ei... 170 e bun doar pentru lemn mic si moale, are vibratii foarte mari... Nu as alege nici una... Depinde si ce vrei sa tai, dar daca vrei neaparat una din ele, ms170...

Wrap the thumb around the bar. Poor safety practice for a video to be thumbing the bar and even taking your hand off the bar . This could be a very costly mistake for anyone who sees this and thinks that it's ok.
