This is wrong. How can you bless them when what they are doing is wrong. This is not allowable in our faith. This is why the church is disappearing. Man is for woman and woman is for man nothing else according to the Bible. You want to change what was written and that is wrong. This is extremely suspicious. I don’t go to church anymore at all. Such a ‘blessing’ causes a number of questions. What is a homosexual couple seeking by asking for a blessing? What is the Church offering in response? What is the Holy Spirit called for and what is exactly being blessed? What is a spiritual purpose of such a ‘blessing’ and what sort of a particular help it intends to provide? Undoubtedly, the Church cannot bless the sin. Consequently, as long as the Church views the same sex relationship as a sin in its core, its ‘blessing’ does not look, at least, sensible. Shameful. Same sex couples should be welcomed in the Church. But the message should be "Repent, Return and forsake sin", NOT "Be blessed in your sin". God does not contradict himself & won't bless what he has labeled as abominable per Leviticus 18:22. This has NOTHING to do with exclusion or hate, rather with mocking God' s law, & giving those souls in sin a FALSE sense of security about their Salvation. 😢
