I've been replicating Popeye's spicy chicken double fry method for extra crunchywith all my herbs and spices and my cornstarch and flour and would I dredge it my and marinade overnight I have my brioche bun my spicy pickles everything was on point and now ,I have the sauce thank you brother!

1/2 cup Mayo 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup vegetable (olive) oil 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup chilli sauce 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teasooon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon worsteshire sauce 2 - 3 drops hot sauce (Tabasco) 1 crushed clove garlic

I found Out that u can just use their mayo then sriracha sauce from Walmart it taste just like Popeyes
