Hoan and Dokyun both hit extremely hard and are highly musical, but I definitely prefer Dokyun more. To add to your point about choice of movement, I feel like Dokyun is really good at finding things where he's at (in terms of expressing musicality), whereas Hoan likes to pull out magic tricks from thin air. Great video, and I really think you should consider using this format in the future (watching the video twice - first time is a genuine reaction with a lot of hype, second time is more detail-focused w/ analysis). I liked how you highlighted things the second time around. As a sort of side question, I'm curious as to what you think about some of Dokyun's newer videos. He's changed his style over the years to become much more detail/micro-oriented, which comes with both strengths and weaknesses IMO. Personally, I prefer some of his older stuff a little more, where there was more of a balance between his control and his dance overall. Either way, he's definitely one of the greats.

I'm a Hoan fan and definitely favour artistic vision and creativity over raw execution but I feel Hoan was a little too slow and too sloppy here while Dokyun was cleaner than a mofo. Not Hoan's best set by a mile Dokyun takes this one.

Can’t lie. After watching that a second time, I think Doykun JUST took that one. I couldn’t pick first time round but second time Doykun just took it. First round Doykun looked just that bit more relaxed and more comfortable with what he doing he was than Hoan. The second round Doykun absolutely Destroyed that song. If was all styles battle and I was battling Doykun and he did that I’d be so scared. So big up to Hoan for responding but yeah Doykun definitely took that. And Hoan and slim are my favourite poppers but yeah Hoan lost this one. Then again I’m not a popper so I don’t know.
