4:41 Um, yeah, so for anyone who doesnt know Dr. Mario's n-air is the complete opposite of everyone else who has that type of n-air. His gets stronger as it lingers. Meaning the very end of the move is the strongest part. Hence why it KOed right there.

As Marss put it, Ganon needs a better recovery, a reflector, a get-off-me tool, and a little more speed. Therefore, with minimal changes, make him a little faster, don't go into free-fall using Flame Choke, make jab reflect, and reduce nair's startup from frame 7 to frame 4 (so it's a frame 7 out of shield option instead of frame 10, and can act as a better combo-breaker). More changes would be better, and these wouldn't solve everything, like how rising nair might still have inconsistency, but just those would make optimal Ganondorf much more potent.

So if I were to make the next Smash Bros game, I would completely change ganondorf with an all new moveset kind of a mix between his melee prowess and his ability as a sorcerer but then I would include Black Shadow and give him the moveset ganondorf had back in his original iterations.

I kinda wish MKleo didn't do that to Bayonetta. Because of him shes been not only nerfed to being f-tier, but her CPU AI and Amiibo AI was heavily affected by it. lvl 9 cpu just stands there...and just spams jump down air 99% of the time. And her amiibo is unable to learn anything now.

Just martial arts in general has an aspect that is more centered on how good you are that the tournaments aren’t going to delve into because exceedingly niche perfections of a technique don’t draw in nearly as many people. So entertainment based tournaments should look at whether or not fans enjoy Steve or not and you can do some funny stuff like “Craft L into screenshot” that could warrant it so it’s just hard because there’s optimal gameplay and then there’s playing the game. A solution could be to have separate tournaments centered around not being lame and ones around being the best but idk
