(There is recording in the 1st chapter where there is an interview with her and she talks about “adults dying and wanting to live forever.” In the 3rd chapter, there is a recording where 2 parents want to adopt a boy but he’s been taken for “testing” and the woman who says “I don’t..I’m so sorry” is Stella. I hope that explains your question! :)

I think the real villain is Liet Pierre. After Ludwigs death he had 2 projects: catnap and prototype. The first incident happened right after Ludwigs death. The first incident wasn't "hour of joy", it was something to do with poppy. Because other dolls (and prototype) don't know much things about poppy. Only Ollie, poppy and Pierre know what happened. I assume after Ludwigs death Pierre started his first projects with using childrens souls to create dolls and poppy (with artificial intelligence) wanted to save Ollie (a girl from orphanage that has been choosed as the first experiment) so poppy did something out of control that lead Pierre to lock her for a long time. The second incident was "hour of joy" where we know the story behind prototype and catnap. I think Pierre is still alive and he is observing us because he knows he can't beat prototype alone.

I believe the player is Rich, the guy from the tapes. The prototype has the unique ability to project voices and I believe he projects the "Rich" guys voice at you when he says "you should've been here, you should have been at the hour of joy. We don't want you here" I also believe the prototype is "ollie" a lot of the story line copies plotlines from FNAF and this will probably be another one. Ollie only communicates with you via phone because he's the prototype. He's fooling Poppy, too. He wants all the other toys dead too to collect their body parts because of you coming back to stop the suffering of the toys. Just my feelings.

It would also make sense because unlike the other two chapters, Poppy doesn’t give you an exact tape of what happened. So if that one was separate and un accessible to the player, then it would make sense that that is no ordinary puppy playtime tape like the other two chapters or the ones we can access in chapter 3. (unless you can replay the hour of joy on any TV in the facility if you have the tape to remember)

The first tape about the prototype in chapter 1... If you can hear it closer, you can actually hear many of the staffs screaming in pain. It means that tape was recorded during the hour of joy before the speaker was killed.
