Actually, there is a real song by Romeo Santos called "No tiene la culpa (It's not his fault)" that is EXACTLY like this one, but in an unironical way. It's hilarious. It's a song about a gay man's struggles, good intentions but veeery out of touch. At one point he even whispers (I'm 100% heterosexual, I was born this way). Give it a listen if you can.
