@@AllenD00D I noticed that mag safety. I don't mind that on a tiny pocket back-up. It'll just be in either in my weak side pocket or in my smart holster, that is basically a pocket down the front of my pants that not even a bad guy will reach down there to shake me down (no pun intended) or in case my primary either gets taken from me or completely shits itself. It's also great to palm in my hand as I'm walking out to my car at night after work. I can stand there talking to someone in the parking lot and not even the person I'm talking to knows what's in my hand. I'm usually the last one to leave so I can palm it and no one will know I have a gun in my hand. Bad guys jump out from behind cars pretty fast!

The likely reason it’s failing to feed is the ammunition. That gun only likes to run Ammo .91” in length. Winchester whitebox and silver tips work the best in my experience.

I know on the .32 that FMJs don't work because they're .5mm longer than hollow points, and only certain hollow points are recommended. The pistol is so well machined that it doesn't have a lot of room for error, but when used with the proper ammunition is 99.9% reliable

When looking for an EDC I tried both. 380 and 32. The 380 had fewer rounds. Recoil was brutal and followups were not good. Beautiful gun, though. The 32 was smoother. 7+1. Pleasant recoil and followups were consistently more accurate. I used 73 gr standard without a FTE, stovepipe, etc. in several hundred. Sometimes less is more. Can't lose with either one.

Yeah there’s only like 4 or 5 ammo brands recommended and they’re all hollow points, FMJs are too long. The gun was designed around Winchester Silvertips and Gold dots are supposed to run flawlessly in it also. 👍🏻
@Subtlenimbus2 жыл бұрын
@@michigunsanta8680 , I always thought it was strange the Mr Seecamp designed it around hollow points, given that they probably won’t expand well out of such a short barrel, and if they did would get no penetration. He has some theory that even if hollow points don’t expand, they do more damage because the nose isn’t smooth. Perhaps, but it looks like he got fmj to mostly run in this video.

I dunno man. I honestly dont see the point in guns like this. Yea its easily concealed but you can get a small single stack 9mm that isnt much bigger and they are much better all around. Usually the smaller the gun the easier it jams. I have a pocket 22lr Ruger that is similar to this and as reliable as Ruger is it still jams way to often to be used as my main cc. They are kinda fun to shoot though.

More of a collectors piece at this point
@DrownInLysergic Жыл бұрын
The best use for it is either a backup gun if an attacker is right on you, maybe an ankle holster or something. Or it's tiny enough to stick in a bra and not really print. But it's an old gun, so it's definitely hit that collector appeal and that's the main reason it's still being made.
