My favorite big city in Europe. I only wish they would stop smoking so much! They joke about it among themselves, but it's such a strange thing for such an intelligent and educated people to still be doing in the 21st century.

At least smoking in pubs/restaurants has been banned for a while now. 😮‍💨

@@reinmarvonzweter666 I spent two weeks there in October of 2018, and I'd say the ban is not really being enforced.

@@patrickfitzgerald2861 The ban only came in effect in late 2019 😉 It is observed practically everywhere, so maybe you enjoy Vienna even more when you go there next time. But I do remember the time before the ban and the smoking was indeed horrible.

My favorite city with climate, size, logistics like near big airports nearby is probably San Diego, California / USA thanks to its beaches and proximity to LA. At least it used to be as I have lived there half a year 2003/04 and revisited around 2011 so I don't know how it developed. Overall Tokyo is amazing, New York is great for variety of food, neighborhoods and when money is no issue. Rio de Janeiro is something special, too. Many places have good and less good seasons but San Diego is great almost all year around
