将軍、懐かしいですね水巻アピロスの近くにあった「迎（げいの」の大将が確か将軍から独立された方ではなかったですかね今も御存命かは存じませんが、その方なら当時の将軍の味は憶えているかも？それか私の両親はよく将軍に行ってました両親ともパチンコ中毒でしたのでw 当時は嫌でしたが、今は良い思い出です

He is going to be successful and the harmony working with the staff is very coordinated. And the food looks delicious. I live in Orlando and we have some Japanese restaurant but can’t compare with the ones in Japan. And the prices here are outrageous. Why so inexpensive the food there?

実家のそばにあってこのパチンコ店にも何度も通ってた学生時代。当時はパチ屋併設のうどん店は多く、結構どこも普通だったのでノーマークでした。近年、21世紀のチラシに将軍コラボとか将軍の記事も多いようでちょっと気にはなっていました。実家に帰った時に立ち寄ってみたいです。21は出なくなったけどw

What does it mean when it says hormone? Like what meat is the hormone set meal?

In Japan, the Japanese word "Horumon" has become associated with the similar sounding English word, "Hormone". The term actually refers to the Offal (organ meats) from Beef and Pork - which includes Liver, Kidneys, Tripe, and Intestines.

It's too bad the old master didn't pass along the exact recipes to someone who is obviously committed to the restaurant. Definitely a negative legacy...
