Oh, that's so COOL! That machine is old, but it means you're getting a noodle that probably doesn't exist except in very few places anymore. That makes it unusual and special! I'm glad he's keeping his recipe the same. There's value in preserving what used to be in a world that's always changing. Also, his mother is so sweet and hard-working. She's living proof that keeping busy is key to living long and well. Ah, and the yakisoba, the star of this video... I could eat 3 plates. Maybe 4. Depends on how much I've been walking that day. And the Mother? Not a single wasted motion. Every time, just so.
