i am about 14 and i love fishing. After getting into the use of soft plastics, i learned that they go fast and there not cheap. so after i saw a few of your videos i subscribed and wanted to start my self, but the cost of the molds, colors, plastic, and just the basic stuff was about 200 bucks out of my price range. i enjoy the vids and hope save up for a few molds and equipment.

It's my number one color worm, I love Roboworms MD, I believe it's the best on the market and what I try to match, Don Iovino has a nice one as well. To be honest, that's the color that got me in to hand pouring, I wanted it in every kind of plastic I use from Senkos ( Yamamoto has it now) to Flukes. I have no clue what the fish think it is, I've caught trout with it too!

I'm envious of your gorgeous boat. I have a 17 foot Lund fishing boat but I dream of a 19 foot Nitro or Ranger bass boat. Well I just got my new dual injector in the mail and I think Morning Dawn will my first batch of two tone baits. Quick question... I have a few cast aluminim do-it molds, are they compatible with the dual injector or does the rough surface mess up the shoot?

you will always have some dents when using injection...low temps and holding pressure is the best way to minimize them.

the new dead on can still be shot under 300 degrees, which is insane! Id say 320-330 works well for most molds, some molds do better at different temps. I like garlic scent and cherry scent.

Well the majority of the time my package them up and mail them out to customers, but if I'm making baits for myself I let them cure for 24 hours and then put them in my tackle box.. as long as you keep them in environment where they will not get dirty or wet then they usually stay good indefinitely

I just use dead on plastic worm cause it makes all the plastic good I add softer to it for worms cause once it cures hanging up for 24 hours its tough

well not sure exactly, Id say 3 to 1 purple to black grape and about 3 to 1 hot pink to purple. Those ratios will give you something to work from...so for example, 30 drops purple to 10 drops black grape for the darker side.

Nice job. Those are Stick baits and not Senkos :). You should count drops when adding colorant. Especially if you are new or sell baits for consistency.

Sticks baits include several types of straight worms, this style is commonly known as a senko, at least to everyone I know. The point of this video and many of my videos is to show how to achieve a colorway from experimenting, not just giving an exact drop for drop formula. Anyone can follow a formula, but I want some of my viewers who are new to plastics to learn how to develop colors from the pigments they have, which will better their understanding of colorways in general. But yes, if you're selling you want to be as precise as you can with formulas.

Same way people call all Bandages "Band Aids" or tissues "Kleenex". GYBC does not seem to care tho, but other companies are Very strict and send a Cease and Desist..
