That’s not true at all. You watch too much TV. Some old diners might be dirty, but our health inspectors sort that right out. I used to deliver at high end restaurants in Melbourne Victoria, and I wouldn’t feed my dog from there see what’s behind the walls.

its a double fry method, i recommend looking it up on youtube since it comes out so good due to the way they do the batter/coating, its not something i use normally but if its done right its super crispy chicken so i do recommend doing it if you have time!
