Niji just responded to their shareholders and called her termination 'negligible' to their finances(?), Dragoon or not, that has got to make some people mad, and they have lost at least 3 sponsors already. While Doki didn't say it was the livers, Niji effectively put the targets on their talent's backs with their tweet blaming them, and the Video 'response' 3 of their livers made and the other's 're tweeting' to get more people to watch/hear it. Not only did the Liver's 'response' sound very scripted, but they had seen/gone over documents that were meant to only be seen by Doki, her lawyer, and Niji's legal team. Due to the large number of Graduations within Niji and reincarnating to other agencies, it does seem to imply that there is an issue with staff and management.

It's because Doki already got what she wanted. Her goal was never to sue Nijisanji and her friends, that was just being leveraged to get the graduation stream she wanted. Doki's goal was to save her reputation and career as a content creator, her entire reason to continue living. Nijisanji was threatening to take that away which lead to those horrible events. Now that Doki has a future, she has absolutely no reason to continue going after them legally. Nijisanji is lashing out of pure spite, even if they have to hurt their remaining talents to do so. Edit: there have been multiple instances of talents stating they are told they don't matter and aren't important. This entire campaign was cooked up by Nijisisters from the Nijisisters discord, which was started on a doxxing site that was infamous even before this controversy (they doxxed talents from their rivaling company of Hololive and ran anti-campaigns, and now they're harassing Selen and even alluding to murder threats but denying it in the same sentence). Screenshot evidence (which is now being shown more and more on Twitter) have shown that they have planned to weaponize Selen's BPD to discredit her, which is why you see her BPD mentioned often in that thread. Not only that, but this falls even more tone deaf when two of the participants of Elira's infamous video (Vox and Ike) are also suffering from conditions as well (Vox has PTSD IIRC and Ike has depression). So by implying that mental illnesses should discredit someone... that would mean Ike/Vox aren't to be trusted? Also, even worse, there's rumors that current Nijisanji livers are in on this and spreading this as a "counter truth" campaign. This includes having streamers, public figures, former livers, etc to all spread this thread and discredit Selen. This might explain why daph39, a friend of Enna and Kyo [both current Nijisanji livers], came out of nowhere and started slandering Selen. (This was a comment for a video covering the current "counter truth" campaign regarding a thread that tries to discredit Selen by constantly mentioning her BPD and bringing up Hololive for some reason)

Doki has been super professional in all this. Her public statement was written, approved by a lawyer, then read verbatim. Then she made her complaint (the legal document containing private information) behind closed doors, then Nijisanji decided to announce it to the world and leak the contents to their livers (probably illegal).

If it was a court issue, then that would actually mean she can't share the evidence or details publicly. A good lawyer will tell you not to post the details online because it can make you look malicious and make the judge and jury less sympathetic to you. It can also prove to be a breach of NDA, depending on the terms and the laws of your area. Anything one says or does can and will be used against them.
