Honestly so far he has the makings to become a textbook serial killer. I took forensics and people show signs that they will become serial killers. Being abused and feeling alone or being a loner are two of the four components. The others are torturing animals and having bad hygiene. Hopefully somebody gets him and his sister some help so that that doesn't happen though. Hopefully they are still young enough that they can try to work through this. They will never forget but talking to someone might help.
