I think what they meant about: "If it is possible, do not disturb the interior while obtaining the paperwork, as the building will be sold in as-is condition." Does it mean as in "do not disturb the spirits"? Also I may have a possible theory of why they got tasered. Maybe their last customer or whatever, 'Mr. Holmes' maybe died while obtaining the papers from St. Josephine a few years back? And then when they returned from the hospital maybe Dr. Benton thought it was a dead person ( Holmes ) or something. Rather, this map is very nice xD it's really terrifying but sure! :>
