This is the MOST IMPORTANT thing to focus on. Many people have good skills but you will be much more successful if people love you for your personality and not your skills. Just look at Pat, DanTDM, JackSep. Etc, all of them are successful because everyone loves their attitudes and personalities while more PVP based youtubers are not as successful. 2: You can't look at youtube as a job, but just do it for fun. Do not do it because you fame/subscribers/money etc. You will never be happy with yourself and will likely not be as successful as someone who was just doing it because they had a passion for it. Any other questions feel free to ask me, i will try my best to answer in the most accurate way that I can :)
