Can I bring you mine?? Looks great, but looks like something I wouldn't be able to do - no room to disassemble it. I've had it in dry storage for a couple of years now. Need to either fix it or get rid of it. What would you say it cost you to do this??

I just want to say your video was very helpful Justin. I really appreciate you taking the time to document Everything. I have the evo 3 I've also read doing the roof just like you did. I even got the same paneling from home depot. I have now completed the inside. Mine was a little more intense because I had to replace the sideboards they were rotten. I even had to replace About 5' Of the side parts were bolts to the trailer. I'm just working on the outer rails now. Which brings me to my question? Did you encounter a black Adhesive That's as hard as plastic and almost impossible to take off. Because mine's had that stuff on there and it was almost impossible I had to take a A Dremmel you know the ones with a vibrating blade To take that stuff off . If you did what exactly did you use to adhere that rail back on.?

We have a leaking Evolution Fleetwood and need to repair the roof. Did you find the sealant hold up? Also what kind of tape did you use?

The Dicor sealant seems to be holding up well. For the tape, I used Eternabond. It is VERY sticky, but seals very well!

Great video! I am in process of rebuilding my 2007 E3 roof. Just got it off of the camper today and was wondering what technique you used to remove the side rails? My side boards and front and rear boards are completely rotted so I am going to have to fabricate all new material. It is my hope to get this structurally sound and coat the outer skin with Grizzly Grip or something along those lines.

Im in the same boat and have no idea what im doing any tips haha. Side board is rott and the back of my pop up has this curved section that is rotting as well and im terrified to start ripping things apart but i have to soon because i believe i have termites now.

Hey Justin! We bit the bullet and purchased a new roll of Filon! Ours had been "patched" with eternabond tape and was proving to be quite the challenge to get the exterior back in shape, much less the HARD work of removing the old foam, luan, adhesive, etc. So we are basically starting with a fresh "pallet " LOL What adhesive looking back would you use to attach the foam to the Filon?

Sorry for the delayed reply, I totally missed the comments! Anyways, if I had to do it again, I would probably try using 3M Fastbond Contact Adhesive 30NF - Neutral, and would roll it on with a foam roller. I imagine any contact adhesive would work, as long as it doesn't eat through the foam board.

Looks good to me. I may need to do the same. Adding another support. But from front to back around the unit from. Beam one beam support to the other beam support. I wonder if those corner caps are the same that are on the 2007 Fleetwood Niagara Highwall series. I have one that's cracked

Where are all the cross beams to hold the roof up to prevent center sagging inward?? You have lots of weight but no cross beams to prevent center sagging i like the why it done but it will sagging

Hey Justin what size boards did you use for the front and back?

I honestly do not remember. By the time I got to those, I was just winging it. I simply cut the new boards the same size as the old foam that was on there.

how did you put your roof back on , because we are one step away from putting it back on and we can not figure out how to put back on ..keeping it up high enough to put the bolts back on the 4 poles p.s. i don't have a forklift or anything this is all done by hand
