All emotions and abstract concepts be it bad or good manifests in the warp so the Chaos Gods are not inherently evil, essentially per se. They represent EVERY emotions and abstract concepts: Like Khorne: representing war, battle and honor. Tzeentch: Deceit, Schemes, Fate, Change. Nurgle: Stagnation, Rot, Disease, Life itself. Slaanesh: Pain, Pleasure, Lust, Happiness or any extreme emotions she gets off to it etc. Mostly the reason why they are so evil in this universe is probably because most of the people living in it are assh*les and evil inside.

While they are symbolic of what you described, the chaos gods themselves *_are_* very much inherently evil. To the core. Each one of them is a nexus of how corrupt the Warp got after the War in Heaven, which used to be a pure and neutral realm of psychic energy before that apocalyptic conflict stained it with death and suffering. Said corruption has only gotten worse after 40 millennia of war. That's why the Warp became what it is. The chaos gods are not exactly a bunch of positive and negative emotions and abstract concepts, simply choosing to present themselves as the worst sides of the things each of them symbolize "because people suck"; they're incarnations *_of_* the different flavors of evil that are born and come *_from_* people taking those emotions and abstract concepts and warping them with malice. They're avatars of the acts of evil that gave them life in the first place. Now excuse me while I report you to the inquisitor for suspicions of treachery, hope you don't mind...

Also to answer your question about jumping as a Space Marine they are wearing over 2,000 lb of armor so no they cannot jump without something called a jump pack which is basically a crappy jetpack

Okay so in the case of the Imperial guardsmen they are considered disposable and that's because human bodies are the cheapest resource in 40K even their guns which are called flashlights because of how crappy they are cost more than the guardsmen themselves

They can't. Due to the extreme genetic augmentations they udergo through to become astartes one of the side effects is them becoming and are considered sterile. The only space marines in 40k that can most likely have seggs are emperor's children chaos marines cause y'know... Slaanesh.
