I want to genuinely thank the whole DBP family. I don't watch every episode like I should but everytime I tap back in they remind me how I'm supposed to be living. As a grown man I am willing to admit these are still my role models and I truly appreciate the motivation.

I LOVE real conversations like this, especially sitting on the porch. This reminds me of growing up on the Westside of Chicago, and being at my grandma's with all my cousins, and us sitting on the front porch shootin the shit! I love y'all!❤

It is 1:12pm on the West Coast, just want to add this; Normal is a very abnormal word- what is usual to a particular environment could be considered normal- but normal can be easily misconceived. Much as the old a-- IQ test were once used to identify intelligence. That mess was eventually thrown out. I like the identification you guys brought out on stress. The stress we live with in these big cities like S.Frisco, we accept as normal survival reactionary. Almost instinctive. And, yes driving is stressful. When I played ball up in Medford, Oregon I didn't drive all Summer. My stress level was almost nil. I only had to deal with the competition on the field. The stress of driving to and from was not factored in..

He is so right in April after my Grandmother passed we had 5 additional deaths in my family and with so much other stuff going on it was adapt or die time I truly felt like if I didn't change everything I could so that I only had to focus on getting through what I couldn't. I would have died spiritually, mentally like I would be in a corner and live there 🥺
