Boletus edulis (cep, penny bun, porcino or porcini) Prized as an ingredient in various culinary dishes, B. edulis is an edible mushroom held in high regard in many cuisines, and is commonly prepared and eaten in soups, pizza, pasta, or risotto.
It's mushroom season. Remember to do your own research before attempting to Identify and consume any wild mushroom. Or better to go with a group or somebody who is into foraging. This is not an official guide to wild mushrooms and I am not to be held responsible if you decide to eat a toxic mushroom..Other than that enjoy the video and i hope you find it interesting.
