lol Zwodrey - clearly a fan of the band and particularly Gavin Harrison. If you want to bring yourself up to date a little, take a listen to Porcupine Trees latest release from just last year - Harridan from their latest album Closure/Continuation. I particularly recommend the youtube clip Harridan in Session at Air Studios if you want to really watch them play up close and personal. Fantastic track and truly awesome musicianship still. If you would like to get up to speed with what Steven Wilson has been up to in his own solo career - check out pretty much anything from his Home Invasion - Live at the Royal Albert Hall in 2018 DVD - and seeing as you love great drumming, perhaps start with Ancestral. Be prepared to be mind-blown on all counts! Loving watching and listening to you dive into the deep deep well that is the genius of all things Steven Wilson.....

Herzlichen Dank! 🤘 Leider kenne ich von Dream Theater alles, weil ich die seit „when Dream and Day unite“ verehre. Hab damals 1989 das Album gekauft und war sofort verliebt. Daher leider keine First Reactions von Ihnen. Aber von Deiner Auswahl ist The Count of Tuscany mein Favorit. Bekomme schon Gänsehaut wenn ich nur an den Song denke. 🤘❤️👍

@@Zwodrey Ich hab's mir schon gedacht, daß Du Dream Theater in- und auswendig kennst, aber man weiß es ja nie bevor man fragt. The Count of Tuscany ist zusammen mit Illumination Theory auch mein Favorit. Bist Du denn auch schon einen Schritt weiter gegangen und bei "Liquid Tension Experiment" angekommen? (Instumental Prog Rock von Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess und Tony Levin) Falls nicht dann viel Spaß. Du wirst es lieben. Anspieltips: When the Water Breaks, Acid Rain, Universal Mind, Rhapsody in Blue, Freedom of Speech, etc.
