Porgie's Loaded Specialty Hot Dogs Challenge

For the second-to-last stop on our pre-UK road trip tour, Randy and I dropped into Porgie's Chow Wagon in McDaniels, Kentucky to take on the Georgie Porgie's Loaded Specialty Hot Dogs Challenge! Brave vacationers have just 1 hour to finish 8 specialty hot dogs of their choice, a side of loaded tots or fries, a dessert sampler platter including deep fried bananas, deep fried Oreos, and a funnel cake, and also a 16oz fountain beverage! Winners earn their $75 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Porgie's Wall of Fame!

Ok this is random but if you ever see this you might enjoy this anecdote: we just came back from Nicaragua and when we were traveling around, some people were super hospitable and kind and wanted to feed us. A lot. They were beyond generous so I was determined to eat whatever they gave us. Not being a professional eater, I hit a wall pretty quick and then I remembered the little wiggle you do to help move things down so i gave it a try and it totally worked 😂 my kids saw me and knew immediately what I was doing and who I learned it from lol. Poor Randy.. Had muscles like Katina when he first started doing food challenges in 2010 when he was 24 years old.. he is 36 years old looking like a 45-50 year old dad walking with his daughter.. Katina is 30 years old right now and still going strong.. I just hope she doesn't end up looking like Randy in 12 years.. God bless them both.. after hitting 1,000 food challenge wins, he should of completely went back to really working out his body as much as the NUTRITIONal Diet plus those food challenges that I hope your doing like once a week and not every few days..

This is coming from someone that has real medical issues himself that deals with G.I. issues everyday, for instance I don't have a large intestines, I had it completely removed in 2008-2009.. I was lucky enough not to have colostomy bag like everyone else, instead I have an internal J-pouch on the inside that "acts" like a replacement for my missing organ, at the time of my surgeries I was 1 of 13 individuals in the state of Connecticut going through this FDA-Approved Trial.. not all were successful, but I am here and I have to maintain a certain diet every single day.. So for some encouragement rather than seeing it as a bad thing... All that you consume even if it's not healthy lol, can actually benefit you, if you train your mentality and body (physically) to see it that way..

I had to Google Funnel cake. That sounds delicious. I’m going to try my hand at making some. But peanut butter and jelly is best with chilli jam. Give it a go if you have a chance.
