Ingredients to make 1kg Pork curry/ Pandi curry
Pork 1 kg
Gundu red chilli 25 No's
Coriander 5 tbsn
Black pepper 5 tbsn
Cumin seeds 1 tbsn
Onion 2 big size
Garlic 2 won
Green chilli 50 gms
Ginger 2 tbsn
Kachupuli 1 tbsn
Turmeric powder 1tspn
Salt as per taste

English subtitles please 🙏. I lived at a Coorgi run hostel in Bengaluru for a year and this dish has captivated my soul even after all these years . I'd like to thank Aunty Rani ( the matron , The Nest Hostel ,Opp. St. John's MCH and The GREAT REVATHI) I hope you remember me lol.....I was one of those prankster types ....lol.....please please I need the authentic recipe. The recipe is for 1000gm of pork. 1.wash pork and marinate with turmeric powder. 2. Slow fry the dry spices as shown in the video .Once the colour changes to mild dark brown and you also smell their aroma stop frying and let these spices cool . 3. coarsely grind the green spices as shown. 4.coarse grind the dry spices as shown. 5.cook the pork with small quantity of water.until the fat seperates. 6.add the ground green spices and onion .cook for a few minutes 7. add ground dry spices and cook for some time 8.add salt to taste and cook on low flame while stirring.
