PORK ESTOFADO | THE BEST PORK ESTOFADO VERSION | FOODNATICS

PORK ESTOFADO or ESTOFADONG BABOY is a type of Filipino Pork stew dish. It is made with pork belly marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ground pepper. Pork bellies were slow-cooked until very tender in marinade sauce, simmered in pineapple juice to add sweetness. It is similar to pork humba and pork adobo, however, it’s way sweeter compare with pork adobo.
Serve it hot with freshly cooked white rice.

Yours have long been my fav youtube cooking channel for pinoy food recipes... Dati, i was ff. another guy's channel... BUT yours presents the finished dish more deliciously, clear straight directions w/o too much talking on the side... simple directions that make any amateur wNt to try .. So you are now my go-to channel for pinoy dishes ... However, in this recipe, I want to use fried saba instead of pineapple to lessen the sweetness factor.... but will still use pineapple juice for the sauce .... Thanks Foodnatics... i like your videos... never disappoint.. Only video i didnt "like" was a fish dish where u showed a live one before chopping and cleaning it ... being an animal lover even though I am a carnivore ans not a vegetarian, I just thought it was unnecessary to show a gasping live fish for the video...
