Do you know that smell that you usually smell in the garden when you cook meat on the barbecue, browned and succulent? This is what you will hear in your kitchen by simply cooking in the oven! Yes in the oven all together and all raw, Ribs, Sausages and Potatoes! As you will see from the video, without struggling you will bring a hearty dish to the table that will feed the whole family! 😉
📝Ingredients:
Rack of pork ribs
Sausages
Potatoes
Rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic
White wine
Extra virgin olive oil
First, marinate the ribs in wine with herbs for at least 1 hour (but more is better). Once the time has passed, they are placed on the baking tray together with the sausages and potatoes cut into large wedges. They are seasoned with oil, salt, smells and baked 🌡️ 190° Static-185° Ventilated for about 40-45 minutes (they must be well browned! Halfway through cooking, either turn them or climb the pan higher up!
