Nice cook Louis. Mushroom Marsala is a great sauce. Goes great with Chicken, Veal, or Pork. Very versatile and delicious of course. 👏

Looked great. Probably a good suggestion to remove pan while pouring in the wine. However I think when I do this I'll finish with a little higher "octane" and go for a little flambe action. But for safety purposes I'll do that outside. 😉. Anyway have a great day 🌤.

You know you can fix that pan you cooked the tenderloins in with a rubber mallet ... supper easy to fix warped aluminum pans
